Q: We would like to book the tour of Sep. 15th, 2012. I would like to know if I would like to book this tour, do i need to pay for the full amount of this tour fee? Or I can just pay the 10% deposite of this tour fee? If this tour was not sure to go after I paid, should you refund the payment ?

Our Yellowstone tours will depart as scheduled.
Yes, if our tour cancelled on our end for any reason, we would provide a full refund.
You must pay for the entire reservation cost of the tour when making your booking online.

Q: Hi, we are considering booking this tour for a family of 5 (2 adults, and 3 teenage children). We would need 2 rooms - could they be adjacent to each other in the hotels? Can we get twin accomodation for the kids? (ie separate beds) How does the buy 2 get one free offer work? Is this a good tour for teenagers, or do you have better suggestions? All rooms are booked with 2 standard/double beds.

Q: Hi Organizer Your program is very interesting. I have 2 quetions to ask you. 1. If I book you program on 21 July, it's mean 21 July is the first day of program, right? So, 27 July is the last day of your program??? 2. Base on your information on website,...... your mention that "the program will return to LA around 6.00-6.30 pm and please book a US domestic flight after 9:30 p.m." .......I plan to fly from LAX on 27 July and my departure time is 9.31 pm. So I must to go to the airport around 7.30-8.00 pm. How often does your program would not finish as your advertisement? Do you have any option for me in case I don't want to miss my flight? 2.If your 9:31pm flight is a domestic flight, there should be no problem for you to catch your flight.

If you choose to depart the tour in Las Vegas, you will forego the Chocolate Factory, Botanical Cactus Gardens and the Tanger Outlet Center.
Please leave us a note in your reservation stating that you will be departing the tour in Las Vegas.
The Grand Canyon West is more expensive to enter because it is privately owned by an Indian tribe.
They charge an admission fee to enter the Grand Canyon and admission to the skywalk.
Unfortunately for this tour there are no hotel upgrades.

We usually arrive in Las Vegas between 3-4pm, depending on weather and traffic conditions. ;
However, we cannot confirm that you will make it to the show, as traffic conditions vary and last minute emergencies sometimes delay the bus.
Usually, we will get to Las Vegas between 3-4pm, as scheduled.
